Wishcart.pk is an online store offering electronics, beauty accessories, and more. These terms govern your use of our website, including any transactions, deliveries, and returns.

1. Use of the Website

By accessing Wishcart.pk, you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Any unlawful or unauthorized use of our website is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and images. However, variations in color or details may occur due to differences in display settings. All items are subject to availability. In case a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and may offer an alternative of equal or higher value. If no suitable alternative is available, the order will be canceled, and payments will be refunded.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. We accept payments through cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and debit cards. Credit card payments are not accepted. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Order Acceptance

Completing the checkout process does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is only confirmed upon dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

5. Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is accurate. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, we will attempt delivery twice before canceling the order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. International customers may be required to pay customs duties or additional fees as per local laws.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be sent to the following address: 126 G Commercial Plaza, DHA Phase 1, Lahore, Pakistan. To initiate a return, contact us at wishcart2023@gmail.com. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt for evaluation and resolution. Certain items, such as beauty products, custom orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, contact us at wishcart2023@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and information on Wishcart.pk are provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wishcart.pk will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Wishcart.pk does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content or any damages resulting from their use.
